* Insurance Eligibility Verification Usage: Limited to 100 insurance eligibility verification (“eligibility”) checks per month for each paying physician on the account. For example, if you are paying for two physicians as part of your Basic, Core, or Enterprise subscription, you are entitled to 200 (2 physicians * 100/month) eligibility checks each month. For legacy LeadingReach subscriptions and/or Ancillary Services not charged by physician, existing paid subscriptions include 100 eligibility checks per month. You may purchase additional eligibility checks in increments of 100 for $10 per month.
** Drag & Drop Document Uploads: Limited to 100 document uploads per month for each paying physician on the account. For example, if you are paying for two physicians as part of your Core or Enterprise subscription, you are entitled to 200 (2 providers * 100/month) document uploads each month.
