LeadingReach has spent 12 years connecting healthcare organizations into the largest referral Network in the industry. Today, we’re announcing the LeadingReach Partner Program. It’s how we keep making that Network worth more to everyone on it.
A network only stays valuable if it keeps growing and getting better over time. Ours grows every time a new organization joins, every time a referring relationship forms, and now, every time the right technology partner connects directly into it. That’s the idea behind the LeadingReach Partner Program: bringing in companies whose capabilities enable the Network to do more for the people who depend on it.
Built for both sides of the Network
If you run a practice on LeadingReach: You get access to a growing set of technology partners we’ve already vetted, so you’re not starting a vendor search from scratch every time a new need comes up. New partners are available right inside the workflow you already use. We’ll notify you when one’s ready.
If you’re a company building for healthcare: You get a direct line into a Network that 30,000+ organizations across 60,000+ care settings and 125,000+ providers already trust. That means faster access to the practices who need what you’ve built, without the cold outreach.
The Network Effect. Every practice that adopts a partner’s tool makes that partner’s product better and more proven. Every partner that joins gives practices one more reason the Network is worth being part of. That’s how the Network keeps getting stronger, and it only works if both sides win.
Five areas where the value shows up first:
- Patient engagement and communication. A connected Network means the right message reaches the right patient at the right moment, closing loops instead of just sending reminders.
- Care coordination and clinical communication. When coordination tools tap into who’s connected and what’s happening across the Network, the whole picture comes into focus for care teams.
- Practice management and revenue cycle. The Network knows where patients are going and where they aren’t. Partners who surface that intelligence help practices make better decisions about growth, capacity, and care.
- EHR and interoperability. Partners who move data between systems extend what’s possible on every end of the connection, no matter what a practice runs on.
- AI and workflow automation. The Network already knows what needs to happen next: the referral to place, the authorization to chase, the refill to clear. AI partners turn that intelligence into finished work, completing the back-office busywork end-to-end so staff can stay focused on patients instead of paperwork.
Why it matters now
Organizations on LeadingReach typically see a 25 to 30 percent increase in scheduled patient volume within 90 days of going live, along with a 75 percent reduction in coordination time. Those results come from the Network doing its job well. The Partner Program extends that same effect into every corner of a practice’s workflow, instead of asking practices to bolt on new tools that were never built with the Network in mind.
For healthcare technology companies, the calculation runs the other way. Reaching tens of thousands of healthcare organizations one contract at a time takes years most companies don’t have. Joining a Network already built on that trust changes the timeline entirely.
“We built this Network because healthcare organizations deserved better than disconnected systems and unanswered faxes. The LeadingReach Partner Program is the next step in that same bet: every partner who joins makes the Network more valuable for everyone already on it.”
— Curtis Gattis, Co-Founder and CEO, LeadingReach
How to get involved
Practices: We do the vetting, you flip the switch. New partners are available in your workflow automatically. Nothing’s active until you turn it on, and we’ll notify you the moment one’s ready.
Technology companies: It starts with a conversation. Tell us about your solution and the customers you serve, and we’ll figure out together whether the fit is real. From there, most partners move quickly: an introductory call, standard agreements, a short technical assessment, and time to build in our sandbox before going live.
What’s next
We’re growing this program because we believe the strongest healthcare technology gets built together, not around each other. Our first cohort of partners is already identified and moving through onboarding.
This August, we’ll announce our first formal partner: a company bringing AI-powered patient calling to primary care. It’s a preview of exactly what this program is built to do.
Keep an eye out here as we introduce each new partner in the weeks ahead.
