The newest version of LeadingReach Patient Pipeline Management (PPM) expands on our promise to help bring some of the best functionality from CRM platforms to the healthcare industry. With our latest release, we have introduced new tasking and tagging features designed to help further improve coordination and communication for all LeadingReach users. Using referral-level tasking and new classes of tags to define your referral network, LeadingReach PPM can be customized to meet any clinical workflow and can immediately improve productivity and accountability of care coordination staff.

Referral coordinators will now have dedicated views to manage their day with a view of all tasks assigned to them. Practice managers will now have greater insight into staff productivity. With the ability to add network and provider tags, PPM users can quickly identify prefered providers and high-level specialty groupings like orthopedics or cardiology helping streamline their ability to determine the correct provider for each referral.

To get started using these new features and enhancements, join us on Thursday, March 26th at 9am CDT for a webinar that will teach you how to use all the new features in this release. To register for the webinar please click here

New Features and Enhancements

Referral-Level Tasking

-Patient Pipeline Management (PPM) users now have the ability to set tasks in LeadingReach, and attach the tasks to specific referrals. Users will now see their tasks in three new areas in the platform – Today’s Tasks in the application header bar, the user’s Tasks Dashboard, accessible in the left side menu, and on the Referral itself within the Referral Details Page.

Introduction of Network and Provider Tags

-PPM Admins now have the ability to create and assign new Network type tags to Contacts and Connections, and Provider type tags to specific providers within Connections. Provider and Network tags can be used in many different ways, like tagging a practice’s specialty, noting certain procedures offered, or their preferred network status. Once Network and Provider Tags are applied, they can be used to narrow search results when searching for a provider to send to and when filtering the incoming/outgoing referrals screen.

Ability to Mention Users When Initiating a Referral or Office to Office Message

-When sending a referral or Office to Office Message, users now have the ability to @ mention other users both within the user’s own organization, and the other organization’s teams without the need to first send the referral or message.

Send a Referral Snapshot to Your EHR

-Users now have a more streamlined way to send a referral snapshot/PDF version of a referral’s notes back to their EHR by checking the “Attach Referral Snapshot” attachment option in the Send Attachments to my EHR screen.
