We’re all patients.
That’s where this started.
Every founder, every engineer, every person on this team has navigated a healthcare system that
wasn’t designed to connect. We built LeadingReach to change that, for providers, for patients,
and for everyone in between.

Our Mission
Delivering healthcare
happiness since 2014.
Our mission is simple: better communication between providers means better care for patients. We build the solutions that makes that happen.
That’s what we mean when we say we deliver healthcare happiness. The provider who sent a referral knows what happened to it. The specialist who received it has everything they need to act on it. And the patient in the middle doesn’t fall through the cracks.
Our Story
12 years in. Just getting
started.
LeadingReach was founded in Austin, Texas with a conviction that the referral handoff, the most critical moment in a patient’s care journey, deserved better than a fax machine and a shared prayer that it arrived.
Twelve years in, LeadingReach connects 30,000+ healthcare organizations operating across 60,000 locations, with 125,000+ providers and 25,000+ referrals moving through the network every day. We recently welcomed Enhanced Healthcare Partners as our private equity partner—bringing experienced healthcare leaders to our board and the resources to accelerate what’s next.
The team that built this is still here. Most of our leadership has worked together for a decade or more. Not because they had to, but because the work keeps getting more interesting. That continuity shapes everything about how we operate.

Our Values
What we believe.
Transparency over politics. We share information openly and broadly. People here make better decisions because they have the context to make them.
Missionaries, not mercenaries. We hire people who care about the work, not just the paycheck. That’s not a culture fit test. It’s how we’ve stayed together for 10, 12, even 15 years.
Bottom up, not top down. Independent
thinking is encouraged here. Our people
have the ability and the confidence to
manage up when they need to.
Create an environment where everyone can
be their best. Not as a poster on the wall. As
an operating principle that we have held
since day one.
No absolutes. Healthcare is complex.
We stay curious, stay humble, and
resist the urge to think we have all the
answers.

What’s Next
The referral was just the beginning.
We started where the communication breakdown is most visible—the referral handoff—because solving it required building something no one else had: a network that works across every EHR, every specialty, and every care setting.
That network is now the foundation for something bigger. Healthcare organizations spend enormous time and energy on manual tasks, phone tag, and follow-ups that should never require a human touch. Every hour a coordinator spends chasing a fax is an hour not spent on a patient. Every referral that falls through the cracks is a person who didn’t get the care they needed.
We’re building toward a future where healthcare organizations have the visibility and control to operate at their best—where the administrative work runs in the background, and the people who chose healthcare as a career can focus on why they chose it.
We’re 12 years in. The next chapter is bigger than the last.
